From version 12.05 onwards, super admin access is required to edit or import a live workflow template. If a user attempts to do this without super admin access, the following error is displayed: "You cannot return a live workflow to edit. [WF110]".
Once you are logged in as a super admin user, you should then be able to edit the workflow and export / import it.
⚠️ Important: Super admin access must be requested through the Access Digital support team. You cannot grant this access yourself.
Request super admin access
Raise a support ticket with the Access Digital support team.
The support team will provide you with a passkey to activate super admin access.
From the User Menu, select Super Administrator Privileges.
Enter the passkey provided by the support team.
Click OK to activate super admin access.
Return to the workflow template and retry the edit or import.
📌Note: Super admin access is temporary and session-based. You will need to request access each time you need to edit or import a live workflow template.
