Enable the rate override option for sales order lines in Plant Control

Grant your users the ability to override the system default rate on sales order lines by adding their user IDs to the OVRPUSER plant parameter.

By default, the Use Rate field on a Plant Control sales order line shows System Default only.

Users who need to enter a custom rate, must have their user ID added to the OVRPUSER parameter in PC Parameters. Once added, the user can select Enter Override on the sales order line to specify a custom rate.

  1. Go to Plant Control > Setup > Configuration > PC Parameters.

  2. Select the OVRPUSER parameter.

  3. Add the user ID to the Value field, using a comma to separate multiple user IDs.

  4. Click Save.

The user can now select Enter Override in the Use Rate field when adding a sales order line.
