There are two options on the login screen: sign in with COINS or sign in with Microsoft (given that your tenant has been configured to use Microsoft single sign-on).
Sign in with COINS
To sign in with COINS, enter your COINS Construction Cloud credentials and click

Sign in with Microsoft
If your tenant has been configured to use Microsoft single sign-on, you can click
to sign in with the Microsoft account linked to your COINS Construction Cloud account. Signing in with Microsoft will still work even if your CCC password has expired.
The first time you attempt to sign in with Microsoft, you will receive a confirmation email. Click the link in the email to confirm the connection between accounts.
