Your CCC password will expire after a set amount of time. If your password has expired, you will be prevented from logging in with your CCC credentials. To login, you must set a new password or sign in with Microsoft instead.

After attempting to login, you will be redirected to a screen where you can set a new password, with a message informing you that your password has expired.
Mobile
After attempting to login, you will receive a popup message informing you that your password has expired.
Tap ‘OK’ on the popup to be linked to a webpage where you can set a new password.
