You can customise your desktop by adding sections and tiles. The tiles contain links to pages for quick use. The Passport desktop (under the Home tab) can contain tiles from every module you have access to. The desktop of each module (e.g. Expenses) can also be customised with tiles specific to that module.
You can also customise the background image.
Adding a Section
Click the
button to create a new section.If you wish, enter a name for the section (this will be New Section by default).
To add tiles to the section, drag and drop them from the Edit Mode panel on the right side of the screen onto the section. You can change the position of each tile by dragging and dropping them within or between sections.
When you are done, click the
button on the Edit Mode panel to exit edit mode. The links on the tiles will now be click-able.
Editing a Section
To reopen Edit Mode, click the 
button beneath the COINS logo, then select Customise Desktop.
Deleting a Section
Open Edit Mode.
Click the
button in the top-right corner of the section, then click Delete Section.
Customising the Background
If you are in Edit Mode, click the
button to close the Edit Mode panel (this is not possible if you have not added at least one section).Click the
button beneath the COINS logo, then select Choose Backdrop.
Pick one of the solid colours or click the
button to upload an image from your computer.
