Mobile Application - Managing Checklists

Completing Checklist Items

To begin checking items off a list, first tap the plot you are working on, then tap the section you are working on within that plot to open the list of checklist items for that section. You will notice that items with a valuation tick group assigned to them have a purple lozenge marked 'Valuation'; items with a construction stage assigned to them have a blue lozenge marked 'Build stage'.

To mark an item as complete, tap the circle to the left of the item. It will fill with a tick to indicate that it has been checked off. You can tap a completed item again to revert its status to incomplete, but only if the section has not yet been saved as complete.

If you have already completed the entire section, you can tap the Complete button to immediately tick every item in the section. Once you have finished, tap the tick in the top-right to save.

Once every item in a section has been ticked and saved, the completion percentage will change to a tick to indicate that the section is complete.

Reference Images and Files

Sections may have reference images and files attached to them to indicate what the finished section should look like and what you should be checking for. Tap the down arrow beneath the section title to expand the section and view any reference images or files attached to it. You can also view any comments or photos added by site managers. If there are multiple images or files, swipe left and right to scroll through them. Tap an image or file to view it in full screen.

Similarly, individual checklist items can have reference images or files attached to them. To view these, tap the down arrow on the item panel to expand the item.

Adding a Signature

You can add a customer signature to a started or completed plot, as evidence of acceptance of that checklist by the customer. To add a signature:

  1. Tap the ADD SIGNATURE button at the top of the section list. This opens the Add Signature screen.

  2. Have the customer enter their signature in the marked area using the touch screen.

  3. If they need to re-enter their signature, tap "Clear signature" to clear the screen. Otherwise, tap "Done". The signature is captured as an image file and will be viewable on the photo evidence report for the plot.

Once a signature has been captured, the ADD SIGNATURE button will be replaced by the SIGNED button, which you can tap to open the Signature screen and view the signature. If you have the site manager user role, you are able to delete the signature and capture a new one from this screen if necessary.

Photo Evidence Report

Photo evidence reports can be generated for any plot you have access to. These are PDF reports containing the completion status of each section and item, along with any comments and photos attached to them when they were completed (not reference photos). To generate a photo report:

  1. Open the plot you wish to generate a report for.

  2. Tap the download button in the top-right of the screen.

  3. Tap Photograph Evidence Report on the popup. The report will open as a PDF when it has finished generating.

Additional Options

Expanding a section or an item opens up to three additional options: Add Photo, Comment and Add Issue (only available for items, and only if you have access to Issue Management).

To add a photo to an item or section, tap the Add Photo button, then either tap Library to select a photo from your library, or tap Camera to take a photo with your camera, then tap Use Photo to upload the photo. You can add up to five photos per item or section. Note that the Add Photo button is disabled until all the data has been loaded.

To add a comment to an item or section, tap the Comment button and enter your comment, then tap DONE.

For information on adding issues to an item, see Creating Issues.
