Within the Sites section, you can check the status and progress of each checklist and reset progress on items if necessary.
Checking Progress

Re-Opening Items
Items that have been checked off by mobile users can be re-opened at any time from the Section grid. Mobile users cannot re-open items, so this is the only way to reset items that have been checked off in error. Re-opening an item from a closed checklist will also re-open the associated checklist (note that you must have the Business Support user role to be able to re-open a closed checklist). Re-opening checklist items has no impact on any construction stages or valuation tick groups that may have been ticked by the app when the item was checked off.
Click Sites > Site ID > Plot > Section and find the item you wish to re-open.
Right-click the item, or left-click the item and click the menu icon
, then click Re-Open Item. You will receive a popup message asking if you are sure.Click
to confirm. The status of the item will revert to “Not Started” in the grid.
Checklist Validation
The Checklist Validation screen provides information about a checklist, including the template it was derived from and a breakdown of each section and item within the checklist. Any sections or items from the template that are inactive or failed to validate are also displayed, so this is the place to check if you believe there is something missing from the checklist. Note that checklist validation is disabled for completed plots.
To view Checklist Validation:
Click Sites > Site ID and find the plot you are interested in.
Right-click the plot, or left-click the plot and click the menu icon
, then click Checklist Validation. This opens the Checklist Validation window.Click the name of a section in the top grid to view a similar breakdown of the items of that section in the bottom grid.

> Manage Section/Item. They can also be activated or deactivated via right-click > Activate/Inactivate Section/Item or left click > menu icon

Photo Evidence Reports

These are PDF reports containing the completion status of each section and item, along with any comments and photos attached to them when they were completed (not reference photos). To generate a photo report:
