House Sales > Plot Sales > Construction Workbench.
Click the number of the development you wish to check in the Number column. This opens the plot list for that development.
The current Construction Stage of each plot is displayed in the Current Stage column. To view the status of each Construction Stage within a plot, click the plot number in the Plot column, then click the Construction Stages tab.
Here you can view the forecast completion date for each stage, as well as the actual date of completion for the stages that have been finished.
Click the History tab to view who actioned each checklist item. If they are not linked to a COINS ERP+ user, it will show the CCC Web Service user.
