Open VAP > Development Maintenance > Development Maintenance.
Open the development, click ‘More >’ and open the Apportionment tab.
Set the Target Plots of the plots you wish to link.
Open House Sales > Setup > Plot Sales > Dwelling Types.
Set the Checklist Handling to ‘Linked’ for the Dwelling Type of the plots you wish to link.
Linked plots will have a linked symbol 
next to their plot number in CCC.
