Checklist handling allows you to handle the list of plots that are available for Checklists web and mobile users.
To configure checklist handling:
Click the folder icon
to open the checklist you wish to configure.Click to open the drop-down menu in the Checklist Handling column.
Select one of the five options from the drop-down menu.
Blank: Blank is the default option and is considered the same as Include. Plots will always be shown in the Checklists app (web and mobile).
Exclude: Plots will never be shown in the Checklists app (web and mobile).
Include: Plots will always be shown in the Checklists app (web and mobile).
Include (Build Released): Plots with Build Release status ‘Not Released’ will not be shown in the Checklists app until a user releases them to any stage. Plots that have been released will be shown in the Checklists app (web and mobile).
Linked: This option is used in the scope of Apportionment Rules. Currently only web users can see linked plots. On mobile, such plots have their own checklists.
Click the Save (
) button to save the configuration.
