Fix the prohibited sign when you click the Access Button in Access Evo

Resolve an issue where hovering over the Access Button in Access Evo shows a prohibited cursor and prevents you from opening your products, by clearing your browser's cache and cookies.

If you hover over the Access Button in Access Evo and the cursor changes to a prohibited sign, you cannot click through to your products. This is usually caused by outdated cached data or cookies stored in your browser.

First, open a different browser and check whether the Access Button works there. If it works in another browser, the issue is specific to your original browser, and clearing its cache and cookies resolves it.
