You need to run the Process Warranty Expiry function, which can be found
Under HBCRM
Then click Administration
Select Sales Administration. This updates the plots where the warranty has expired.

Once the Process Warranty Expiry is complete, you then need to:
Go back to the Customer Care Desktop
Then, under the Company section
Select Administration and run the following processes:
Initialise Customer Care Summaries (please input the company number)
Sales Daily Snapshots
Note: when you run those administration functions to input the KCO that is affected, otherwise it will run for all KCOs's.
In addition to the above, check the House Sales parameter YEARST and ensure this is set to the current year.
