You can configure a message to alert users to upgrades or downtime or other important information by following the steps below:
Navigate to System
Select System Setup
Go to Shared Folders
Create an entry with the following properties (if one does not already exist):

Directory value: messages
βDescription: Messages
βRead Function: %WHOME
βWrite Function: %WHOME
Navigate to System
Select My Files
Click the Put File option and in the Folder section
Select Messages
Click Put File
Upload the html file that contains the message you wish to be displayed on the COINS login page
Click Next
The files should be uploaded now. To check if the upload was successful, please follow the steps below:
Click My Files
Select the Folder Messages
You should now see your HTML file listed.
