We are pleased to announce the latest version of mCare (Android) available for testing.

Please note that this version will be released to the Google Play Store (Live) on Monday, 30 March 2026. If you have any questions or encounter any issues while testing, please raise a Support Case on the <a href="https://accessgroup.my.site.com/Support/s/login/?ec=302&amp;startURL=%2FSupport%2Fs%2Fmy-access" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Customer Success Portal</a>, referencing the app and version number.

Issue descriptions are no longer defaulted, requiring the user to make a selection.

The Inspection type now drives the meter reading requirement.

New mobile configuration requires repair task (not inspection) signatures.

Additional mobile configuration disables the minimum photo requirement when the issue is flagged as incomplete.

Fixed an issue where Inspections were being shown as Pending sub.
