New method for installing revisions - Maintenance Updates
Starting with v12.04, new Maintenance Updates will be used to update Coins ERP+ every two weeks. These replace Service Packs. For more information and to register for a live webinar session on this topic, see Maintenance Updates.

Coins recommends that clients perform integrated testing on all key functions and critical processes in a test environment that mirrors its production environment. This should be completed prior to promoting any upgrades, enhancements, service packs, or fixes into Live. For detailed testing recommendations and sample test plans, see Coins ERP+ Testing.
Progress version
Coins v12.04 requires Progress OpenEdge v12. Please raise a support case via the Customer Success Portal if you require advice or more information on planning upgrades.
Mobile compatibility
Coins ERP+ v12.04 requires Mobile Tech iOS version 2.10.0+. As a critical pre-requisite to the ERP+ v12.04 upgrade, ensure all mobile technicians have updated to the latest version of the Mobile Tech app.
After the upgrade, Agreement Security needs to be given to all technicians, or they will not see visits or be able to submit existing visits. Give Agreement Security (Service Management > Setup > Company Setup > Security > Agreement Security) to all technicians by adding an β*β to the Security List field, which can be done via Bulk Update.
