Once your account has been set up, you will receive an invitation email from COINS. To activate your account, open the invitation email and click the
link.
The link expires after 24 hours. If it has already expired, you can either request a new email from your CCC administrator or use the forgotten password feature to activate your account. If you wish to do the latter, view Forgotten Username/Password and follow the instructions for resetting your password, using the username from the email. Once you have ‘reset’ your password, your account will be activated, and you will be able to login.
