Your CCC account will become automatically locked for ten minutes after three consecutive failed login attempts over a short period of time.
After a failed login attempt, an error message will appear.
After three failed attempts, if you attempt to login again you will get the account lock message.
You will also receive an email containing the time at which your account will be unlocked.
After ten minutes have passed, if you remember your correct login details you will be able to login. If you cannot remember your credentials, see Forgotten Username/Password for instructions on how to recover them.
