Mobile Tech​ App Update – Version ​2.9.6​ (​Android​)

Email Address Visibility: Email addresses entered during job completion are now more clearly displayed within the app. Technicians can more easily view, scroll through, and confirm email entries before submitting, reducing the chance of errors.

Union Defaults by Location: The app now automatically applies the correct union defaults based on the technician's assigned location. This removes the need for manual selection and ensures the right union rules are applied from the start of a job. (Must be on Coins ERP+ v12.05+)

Asset Belt & Filter Information: Technicians can now view belt and filter information associated with assets. This gives quick access to key asset details without needing to navigate away from the current screen. (Must be on Coins ERP+ v12.05+)

Inventory Location Security: The Inventory Location Security settings are now published to the app enabling clients to restrict inventory use by inventory location. (Must be on Coins ERP+ v12.04+)

Technician Meal Breaks: Technicians can now record meal breaks directly within the app. Break times are captured as part of the working day, supporting accurate time tracking and payroll processing. (Must be on Coins ERP+ v12.05+)

Default Billing Method for Other Charges: When adding items under Other Charges, the app now automatically applies the default billing method configured for that item. This reduces manual input and helps ensure billing consistency across jobs.

Increased Service Order History: The app now displays a greater amount of service order history on the device. Technicians have access to a longer record of past work, making it easier to reference previous jobs. (Must be on Coins ERP+ v12.05+)

Improved Change Password Screen: The change password screen has been enhanced with stronger security requirements.
